George W. Bush is set to reveal Stay the Course V3.2 next week. It comes as no surprise that this will involve a troop increase, (surge) 20,000 is the number being thrown around. John Keegan, one of the creators of "the surge" says that 40-50 thousand additional troops will be needed to make any difference. I doubt that even that would have any significant impact at this point. So why is Bush going to send an additional 20 thousand of America's finest into the hell hole he has created? This should come as no surprise but Think Progress reports that it is a political rather than a military decision. It's always politics first for the war criminals of the Bush administration but to be honest I fail to see what political gains there could be.
I'm sorry but Bush needs to be removed from office as soon as possible. This can't wait for two years, it's a matter of life and death.
