The 31% factor

Newsweek reports that George W. Bush's approval rating has dropped to a new low of 31%. I think now we know why they waited until after the election to announce the sacking of Rummy. Bush apparently lost a chunk of the cultists without picking up support anywhere else. Too little - too late.
