If only millionaires voted

They just don't get it. There is of course a great deal of talk about George W. Bush being in a bubble. Well the same can be said for the right wing punditry, at least when it comes to the economy. Over at Townhall Donald Lambro thinks things are not going to be as bad for the Republicans as everyone thinks. Why? The economy.

Meanwhile, a growing economy is fast emerging as a big political plus for Bush and his party that they intend to promote for all it's worth.

What they don't seem to understand is the majority of Americans have been left behind in this growing economy. That even includes many with six figure incomes. A majority are working more hours for less money and are deeper in debt than ever. Job security is at or near a low. Yes if only millionaires voted the economy would be a "plus for Bush and his party" but that is not the case - yet.
