The other day we discussed the march to extinction by the Modern Wooly Mammoths, General Motors and Ford. Today we have more evidence of that, Stocks fall after S&P downgrades GM, Ford:
Adapt or die; and like the wooly mammoths 10,000 years ago Ford and GM have refused to adapt.NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks slid into negative territory on Thursday after Standard & Poor's cut General Motors Corp.'s and Ford Motor Co.'s debt ratings to junk status.
Shares of General Motors extended their losses, falling 4 percent to $31.38. Ford fell 5 percent to $9.64.
