Living Wills???

The Terri Schiavo fiasco has everyone talking about living wills. Jazz at Running Scared refers us to an excellent post by brainwise at Prophet or Madman on resources to help you create one.
The danger and reality is the lunatic religious fringe who supported keeping Terri's feeding tube in would not accept a living will and still consider removal of life support a violation of the sanctity of life. Attempts will be made to make living wills illegal or meaningless. All one has to do is look at the constant attempts to have Oregon's twice approved Physician Assisted Suicide declared illegal.
The court decisions regarding Terri Schiavo will only inspire the religious fanatics who have no respect for secular law.
