Romney's Real problem is that people don't like or trust him. Of course he comes off as a corporation in the body of a human - not very likable. He doesn't seem to have any real core ideology - it's whatever he needs today for today's audience. He is probably even less likable than Richard Nixon and yes I'm old enough to remember Nixon. In other words he is no Ronald Reagan. Although he shouldn't be Obama is ahead in all of the states Romney needs to win. Today's polls:
President Barack Obama leads Mitt Romney in Colorado, Iowa and Wisconsin, reaching the key 50 percent support threshold in all three battlegrounds, according to the latest NBC News/Wall Street Journal/Marist polls of these states. This follows the really bad news in yesterdays polls. Now voters probably don't trust either Obama or Romney but they like Obama and they don't like Romney. This is Romney's real problem!
In both Colorado and Wisconsin, Obama is ahead by 5 points among likely voters (including those learning toward a candidate), 50 percent to 45 percent.
And in Iowa, the president’s edge over Romney is 8 points, 50 percent to 42 percent.
