Seeing Double - Part II

.....we have two number two's and two sets of neocons attempting to take us on the road to Armageddon. That would be VP Dick Cheney and the US neocons and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the Iranian "neocons". Both individuals and groups are unpopular in their own countries and they are all insane.

Well today Eugene Robinson tells us there are two more dangerous twins.

One of the more unnerving reports out of the president's seminar with the pundits came from Brooks, who quoted Bush as saying: "It's more of a theological perspective. I do believe there is an Almighty, and I believe a gift of that Almighty to all is freedom. And I will tell you that is a principle that no one can convince me that doesn't exist."

It's bad enough that Osama bin Laden is still out there plotting bloody acts of terrorism, convinced that God wants him to slay the infidels. Now we know that the president of the United States believes God has chosen him to bring freedom to the world, that he refuses to acknowledge setbacks in his crusade and that he flat-out doesn't care what "the polls" -- meaning the American people -- might think.

Impeach both Cheney and Bush now.
