The so-called Bush revolution is over. Failed. Its adherents deserting Georgy Boy like cowards scrambling for places on the life boats of the Titanic.
The election, the outgoing Republican majority throwing their hands up and not doing a damn thing before they adjourned while so many people are dying and being maimed,.Leaving all the problems for the next congress. Because that is all they ever were, form without substance, with those people, form did not follow function. In my opinion they were people who did not have the courage of their convictions. Media creatures. Fund raising ass kissers. They sewed the wind and reaped the whirlwind. Leaving the rest of us with the big mess.
One day George Bush will leave office. That's all. He'll just leave. He'll go home to Texas and one day he'll drop dead on the golf course like Bing Crosby. His "legacy" will be restrictions, and contractions, and narrowing, and racial profiling, and disunity, class war, and sexism, and irrational fears, and torture and pain.
What does George Bush have in common with George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, and Ben Franklin? Has he ever heard of them? I doubt it.
Georgy Boy has only heard of Halliburton, Bechtel, and Wall Street, and Bob Jones U.
What will be the legacy of the Bush administration? A national rejection of social conservatism, and neo-conism, and military imperialism, a Democratically controlled congress and in 2008, a Democratic president.
