Bubble Bursting?

While yesterday's Gallup Poll showed George W. Bush's post 911 approval rating at a high for the year,44%, the Rasmussen Poll would seem to show that the 911 bubble has burst. The September 19th numbers are 40% approve - 58% disapprove, down from a 47% approval rating on September 14 and below a pre 911 number of 42%. Apparently low gas prices are not enough. Attempts to keep the cluster fuck in Iraq out of the minds of the people is apparently failing and talk of even more troops not less can't help. I have to wonder if talk of a war with Iran from an administration that has botched two wars already is having an impact.
