Lobbying Ethics Reform?

I haven't commented on the attempts at ethics reform because as I see it the proposals from both the Democrats and the Republicans don't justify the bandwidth. Joe Gandelman has spoken and you can get some idea of what he thinks by the graphic on the left which is from Joe's post.
