Dear Mr. Cheney

I have not commented on the latest hot air from hell issuing from Dick Cheney's mouth, nothing new. Michael Reynolds at Center Line has responded with a letter to the Lord of Darkness that is a must read. Here is a snip, go read the rest.

Dear Mr. Cheney:

1) We, the American people, are not the ones who deliberately and dishonestly conflated Al Qaeda and Saddam, and thereby tied the legitimate and absolutely necessary war on Al Qaeda to a far more dubious war on Saddam, to the detriment of the real battle.

2) We are not the ones who made the war in Iraq a showcase for Secretary Donald Rumsfeld's grand theories of military re-organization, and decided therefore to fight a war with too little force. We aren't the ones who made this manifestly incompetent Secretary of Defense untouchable.............
