Zawahiri Letter to Zarqawi

I'm sure you have heard about the much publicized letter from al-Qaeda's number two man, Zawahiri, to Iraq's Abu Musab al-Zarqawi which seemed to indicate al-Qaeda was falling apart. I didn't post on it because it sounded about as real as the claims that the US has killed or captured about 100 number two and number three men in the al-Qaeda organization. Well Juan Cole takes a look at it and comes to the conclusion it is the product of US psy-ops operation or the Iranians.
