Faux "News" coming to your town soon

You probably thought that your local Fox affiliate was harmless, and it was really just the national Fox "News" network that was the right wing echo chamber, right? I mean, local Fox has Seinfeld and carries all the baseball games, and hey... we all love the Simpsons, right? Not so fast, Skippey.

Fox News Channel'’s political agenda is coming to a television station near you.

Roger Ailes, the architect behind the right-wing tilt of cable news, is now remaking 35 local television stations -- broadcasting to nearly 40 percent of America'’s homes -- in Fox News Channel'’s image.

Keep an eye on your local papers. (Assuming you live someplace with a relatively free and progressive local press.) The local Fox news outlets are about to get some new marching orders. It's not looking pretty.
