I put Middle Earth Journal in hiatus in May of 2008 and moved to Newshoggers.
I temporarily reopened Middle Earth Journal when Newshoggers shut it's doors but I was invited to Participate at The Moderate Voice so Middle Earth Journal is once again in hiatus.

A New Progressive Blog Aggregator

Oregon's Progressive Blog Mogul, Kari Chisholm, has introduced a new site, leftyblogs, a blog aggregator for all 50 states. I'll just steal this description from Carla.
LeftyBlogs.com promises to scan blogs throughout the United States, updating the latest delicious bloggy goodness from over 600 sites and posting it on a state by state layout.
If you need to know what's going on in a specific state this is the site for you. You can get to it via the button over on the side bar.
