I put Middle Earth Journal in hiatus in May of 2008 and moved to Newshoggers.
I temporarily reopened Middle Earth Journal when Newshoggers shut it's doors but I was invited to Participate at The Moderate Voice so Middle Earth Journal is once again in hiatus.

The Oil Drum

The Oil Drum is a new blog I'm going to keep an eye on and add to the blogroll. I discussed peak oil and the Hubbert curve last July in Oil, Half Way To Empty, and some of the political factors here and here. The Oil Drum is dedicated to a discussion of oil and I will be checking it frequently and linking to it here from time to time.
