More on the Quiet Revolution south of the border

You don't hear about it but it's happening. A quiet and sometimes not so quiet revolution in Central and South America. Now there is some not so quiet activity in Ecuador. After Ecuadorian President Lucia Gutierrez dissolved the Supreme Court there were massive demonstrations in that country. Now he has apparently been ousted by Ecuador's Congress. The All Spin Zone has the details.
