Bolton not a slam dunk? Part 2

In an interesting development the vote on John Bolton was postponed for a fresh look at allegations of unbecoming conduct. Republican Sens. Chuck Hagel of Nebraska and George Voinovich of Ohio joined the eight committee Democrats in asking for more time. This has to be an ill omen for Bolton.
