(As opposed to Rumsfeld, who could fairly be called a useless tool.) I was browsing through The Modulator and found this entry. It concerns an online tool that allows you to preview upcoming Supreme Court cases, with lots of background information and legal precidents and references. A lot of their cases are boring drek, I'm sad to say, but out of every batch there are bound to be a few biggies that affect causes you care about. It's from the Cornell Law School, too, so I would put a lot of stock into what they come up with. Enjoy.
