Scott Peterson

I am in complete agreement with Jazz on this one, Scott Peterson: Another Guilty Man Railroaded?. Although I didn't see the evidence I believe that Scott Peterson was guilty. At he same time if there is any justice left in the justice system this trial should be thrown out on appeal. Read Jazz's post for the details.

I'm going to move this up from comments, it shows the state of the media.

The CNN website is comical: the main news item, in big letters, with a color sketch of the courtroom, is "Peterson guilty of murder." Just to the right, in smaller letters under the heading "More News," "Fighting flares in 4 Iraq cities."

Or maybe it's more a condemnation of the American people, they would rather hear about Scott Peterson than the pain and suffering that a war their country started.
