In the National Review on line Michael Ledeen gives Bush some suggestions for new members of his Cabinet. Proving beyond all doubt that he should be institutionalized Ledeen has suggested Zell Miller for Secretary of State. Yes really, I'm not nearly smart enough to make that up. Read the entire piece, but only on an empty stomach.
