I put Middle Earth Journal in hiatus in May of 2008 and moved to Newshoggers.
I temporarily reopened Middle Earth Journal when Newshoggers shut it's doors but I was invited to Participate at The Moderate Voice so Middle Earth Journal is once again in hiatus.

News from the Mid East

Holden over at First Draft has the scoop on
  • Bush telling the world that an Islamic fundamentalist government in Iraq would be OK if that's what they voted for.

    • and
  • Iran endorses Bush for president.

Boy, first Putin now Iran, Bush really knows how to get those "quality" foreign endorsements.
