Inconsistent Slime

Yesterday George W. Bush accused Kerry of being critical of the troops when talking about the missing explosives in Iraq. Kerry specifically criticized the civilians in the Pentagon not the troops on the ground. Now Mary at the left Coaster reports that Bush shill, Rudy Giuliani, has specifically blamed the troops on the ground.
