Are you ready for serfdom?

Over at The LeftCoaster, larre has an excellent post on the move toward feudalism (aka the "ownership society"). I don't have much to add to larre's post except it is not new to the Bush administration. It started with Reagan, if not before, and continued with Bush I and Clinton. This administration has simply accelerated the process enough to attract our attention.
