A break from the heat in PDX

After 2 days in the upper 90s, 2 days in triple digits and a dry east wind howling down the Columbia River gorge, we Portland residents were ready for a change. I woke up this morning to the sound of a hot air ballon instead of the east wind. The sky was filled with low clouds indicating that cool air was moving our way from the cold pacific ocean.
